Industrial Cybersecurity Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities Assess client cybersecurity posture across people, process, technical dimensions. Develop and write master plans and cybersecurity program documents. Lead workshops, data collection, tabletop exercises, and client interviews. Conduct asset and vulnerability scanning, install scanning and monitoring technologies. Perform walk‑downs of client sites to assess cyber and physical security postures. Apply industrial cybersecurity standards: NERC CIP, NIST, IEC 62443. Implement technical and programmatic solutions such as segmentation, hardening, technology integration, policies, and response plans. Provide quality reviews of engagement work product. Create knowledge bases, performance measures, and business case documents. Challenge client strategies and present best‑practice recommendations. Define competitive advantage, value, and strategic change impact. Produce complex deliverables across all engagement phases. Anticipate and resolve technical problems with minimal assistance. Develop, present, and defend conclusions and implementation plans. Identify technical issues and propose solutions. Analyze best‑practice knowledge of industry. Contribute to service offering strategic direction and objectives. Project Management Capability (where applicable) Manage moderate to highly complex engagements through all stages. Secure commitment from client senior management. Recommend resources per assignment phases. Delegate work to team members. Assess engagement risks via defined processes. Manage issues or escalations as appropriate. Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Secure receivables during and after engagements. Team Leadership (if applicable) Hire, train, and develop delivery teams. Supervise day‑to‑day activities of delivery team. Transfer knowledge and skills to improve others. Provide ongoing feedback to professionals. Contribute to career development of others. Delegate duties according to development needs. Management Responsibilities Supervise work of others. Hire, discipline, and pay administration of subordinates. Act as project manager managing scope, budget, and schedule. Preferred Qualifications Experience applying OT standards and regulations (NIST, IEC 62433, CMMC, NERC CIP). Experience scoping and estimating technical projects. Proven ability to assess security architectures of OT networks. Direct experience facilitating risk workshops and tabletop exercises. Experience with OT security‑by‑design and new OT construction. Managed significant engagements. 10+ years in a business/consulting environment. Pre‑employment onboarding requirements completed. Experience at customer sites. Proven OT penetration testing or red‑team experience. Proven ability to install monitoring technologies (Nozomi, Dragos, Tenable, Claroty). Experience conducting maturity and technical assessments. Proven team leadership and management experience. Graduate degree(s) preferred. 2+ years business development experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience. 7+ years in a business/consulting environment. Pre‑employment onboarding requirements completed. Certifications Other relevant cybersecurity certifications (Nozomi, Fortinet, Dragos, Tenable) preferred.
