Job Title: Industrial Designer (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Location: Adkins, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (W-2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Top Metal Solutions LLC specializes in high-quality metal fabrication, including racks, structural components, CNC cutting, welding, and coating services. Based in Adkins, Texas, we are rapidly growing and take pride in building a strong, skilled team to support our manufacturing operations.

We are looking for a bilingual Industrial Designer with strong technical and design skills to support our metal fabrication projects. This position involves creating detailed 3D models and drawings, coordinating with production and suppliers, and ensuring all designs meet quality and delivery standards.

• Design and develop 3D models and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks (sheet metal and weldments).

• Generate work orders, bill of materials, and part cut lists.

• Conduct on-site measurements and update design data as needed.

• Collaborate with production, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate project execution.

• Support cost estimation and quoting activities.

• Monitor progress to ensure technical and quality compliance.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. (valid work permit or status required).

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the metal fabrication industry.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (sheet metal & weldments).

• Strong understanding of technical drawings, materials, and mechanical components.

• Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, caliper).

• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

• Experience with FEA and CNC processes.

• Certifications such as CSWA or CSWP (weldments, sheet metal).
