Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Maintain manufacturing process and support equipment—including electrical system components (MCCs, inverters, motors) and control systems (PLCs, robotics, automation)—at the highest reasonable performance levels.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and lead repairs impacting safety, quality, and productivity; communicate findings, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely updates to electrical schematics.

• Execute proactive maintenance plans (PM/CM), support process improvement initiatives, and mentor Reliability Electricians II–IV in equipment management and project oversight.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Proficient in safety protocols (LOTO, Confined Space, PPE, Hot Work, PIT, Fall Protection, Hoisting & Rigging), calculator/computer applications, measurement tools, and math skills including formulas and unit conversions.

• Skilled in reading/interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics, knowledgeable of NEC, and experienced in advanced troubleshooting and programming of electrical components such as PLCs, drives, relay logic, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
