Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands on Electrician experience working in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This role ensures that electrical components of machinery and facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.Schedule: M-F, 8:00A-5:00PPay Range: $25/hr-$30/hr+ (DOE)ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, motors, and control circuits in a manufacturing setting.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.Diagnose electrical malfunctions and implement timely solutions to minimize production disruptions.Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and automation system support.Maintain, repair, and replace variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and other electrical components.Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and other industry safety regulations.Test electrical systems and components using meters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.Document maintenance and repair activities accurately in the company's system.Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsMUST have 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment*High school diploma or GED required; technical school or associate degree in Electrical Technology or a related field preferred.Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and industrial power distribution.Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programmingUnderstanding of motor controls, VFDs, and automation systems.Experience with 480V three-phase electrical systems.
