Job Description & Skill Requirement: Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean PrinciplesPerform Time Study and Line Balancing - Elemental breakdown, Video Time study– All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis, Develop Current State Line Balancing, Muri AnalysisDevelop Value Stream Mapping - Current State VSM - Identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, Capacity analysis and Current baselining, Future State VSM, Current state vs Future stateIdentify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmapDevelop/ re-write Standard work instructions, Video work instructionsAnalysis of Root Cause for the quality failures, defects, downtimes etc., and support in corrective action & Kaizen / improvement identification with detailed implementation planSupport in Fixture design as per requirements.
