Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Location: Beaver, PA

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering experience, ideally in an electro-mechanical, industrial procust manufacturing assembly environment
• Lean manufacturing, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.
• Improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.
• high volume and high mix production environment
• VSM
• Video based time studies
• VA / NVA / RNVA analysis
• Line Balancing Studies using Yamazumi charts SOP, Work Instructions, capacity calculation, manpower utilization and cell utilization
• Analyse bottleneck in the process, understand current challenges and projects in place to improve performance
• Material and internal supply logistics study and identify wastes in current process
• Propose process improvements to reduce the indirect labour cost
• Implementing the Process improvements

Qualification:

• BS in Engineering - Manufacturing or Industrial; More advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
