Line Balancing Studies using Yamazumi charts
SOP, Work Instructions,
capacity calculation, manpower utilization and cell utilization
Analyse bottleneck in the process, understand current challenges and projects in place to improve performance
Material and internal supply logistics study and identify wastes in current process
Propose process improvements to reduce the indirect labour cost
Implementing the Process improvements
