TRC Talent is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a long-term onsite contract in Athens, GA. You'll join a team focused on improving manufacturing processes, supporting production systems, and driving continuous improvement. College degree, excellent communication skills, SAP and Autocad required.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and workflowsDesign and manage tools, machines, and equipment needsTroubleshoot process issues and implement improvementsOversee material procurement for process enhancementsMaintain BOMs, work orders, and support engineering change noticesConduct quality checks and time studiesSupport cross-functional teams and lead in team leader’s absenceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3+ years’ relevant shop floor experienceProficiency in AutoCAD (2022 preferred) and SAP MEStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvementAbility to read technical drawings and create/maintain ERP routingsExcellent communication and teamwork skills
