Senior Engineer – Manufacturing EngineeringLocation: Nashik, Maharashtra , IndiaExperience: 4 to 9 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesStrong assembly process knowledge, including design/drawing of fixtures, special gauges, special cutting tools, and ATPP tools.Preparation of operation drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Effective resource management and coordination with internal teams.Drive and implement procurement cost reduction projects.Implement internal controls to ensure smooth operational transactions.Maintain inventory and stock of jigs and fixture parts.Coordinate with suppliers for parts manufacturing and delivery.Ensure 5S and Kaizen culture within the department.Knowledge of tightening techniques and fastening tools.Technical & Functional SkillsKnowledge of work holding devices and GD&T.Ability to read and interpret component and assembly drawings.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
