A strong and stable manufacturing company is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• manage and coordinate maintenance of steam, electrical, gas, and water systems to reduce downtime
• develop, update, and schedule preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment and machinery
• management of maintenance material inventory
• Lead capital expenditure planning and projects
• Directly manage a junior engineer- this engineer will support you in the day-to-day operations of this position.
• Use ERP system, Autodesk, and Solidworks software

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering required
• At least 10 years of hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
• Prior experience managing a direct report(s)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
