As an Industrial Engineering / Technology Engineering Co-Op, you will fully support the continuous improvement team in creating, improving, and refining processes and product flow through the manufacturing floor.

This position is for a Summer/Fall 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of May 2026 and running through the fall semester.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform job observations to identify wastes and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Perform line flow observations to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for improvement.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement event.
• Assist Materials management in Kanban system improvements.
• All additional duties assigned by supervisor.

What You’ll Bring:

• Major study in:
  • Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology Engineering.
• Positive attitude with a desire to be hands-on.
• Willingness to participate in team project events.
• Ability to be self-directed at times.
• Eagerness to learn.
