Field Supervisor – Installation ProjectsWe are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and manage installation projects at various job sites across the U.S. This role involves supervising field crews, attending contractor meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between on-site teams and company leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial environments and a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.Key Responsibilities:Interpret and work from project drawings and specifications.Act as the on-site project manager for installation teams.Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot and repair powered equipment and ventilation systems.Conduct vent and site inspections, assist with warranty work, and provide technical support as needed.Support installation teams on assigned projects.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management tools.Prior field experience in an industrial setting preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (100% travel required).Experience:Minimum of 2 years in industrial HVAC or a related field.
