Overview

Associated Terminals is a global leader in cargo handling, known for safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. We are seeking a reliable Industrial Lift Operator to operate heavy equipment, including high-capacity forklifts (30,000–50,000 lbs.), in a fast-paced maritime environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment including industrial forklifts, man lifts, and loaders
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks
• Assist with deck and warehouse operations as needed
• Conduct cargo inspections and maintain accurate production records
• Transload cargo between trucks, rail, vessels, and barges
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines
• Support team operations in a collaborative maritime environment

Requirements

Must Have

• Valid TWIC Card
• bility to safely operate heavy equipment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, maritime environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
• Basic clerical and record-keeping skills

Nice to Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of heavy equipment experience in a maritime or stevedoring environment
• Experience in cargo transportation
