Starting Wage: $30.00/hr (Pay based on experience) + $2.00/hr more when working 2nd/3rd shifts!
Work Hours: 7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7AM (Rotating shifts) Weekends as needed
Work Location: Willard, Ohio

As our Industrial Electrician, you will:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate repairs and installations.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred.
• Valid electrical license/certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to work required daily & weekend overtime as needed in a 3-shift operation.
