Responsibilities
- Operate various machines and tools in the manufacturing of automotive interior parts.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality standards to ensure product integrity.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of parts and processes to identify defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and timelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues when they arise.
- Document production activities and track metrics to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Basic understanding of production machinery and tools.
