West Bridgewater, MA | Full-Time, Permanent
\n $24–$26/hour (based on shift) | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
\n| Training Required on 1st Shift for 2–6 Weeks

\nWe have Day and Overnight schedules available
\n6AM-6PM OR 6PM-6AM

We’re looking for Industrial Maintenance Mechanics who are ready to grow their skills, take initiative, and keep things running smoothly on the production floor.
\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Assist with machine changeovers to support efficient production.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Lead and production teams.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
\n\t\n
\nWhat You Bring:\n\n
- \n\t
- \n\t
Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Familiarity with PLCs and heat sealing equipment is a plus.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
\n\t\n\t - \n\t
Willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to regular schedule.
\n\t\n
