Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madison Heights, MI, for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor. The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and manage maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, supervising repair work, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality of industrial equipment. Additionally, this position involves coordinating maintenance schedules, improving maintenance processes, and complying with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, guide, and motivate maintenance teams effectively.
• Able to do mechanical repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, electrical, etc.
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance: Proficient in maintaining and servicing industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting: Adept at diagnosing and repairing issues in industrial equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is beneficial.
