Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing all mechanical and basic electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations onsite.. Your primary duties will involve repairing heavy industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, single and three phase motors, conveyors as well as moving and installing new equipment, and conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery. You will also wire up control panels and machinery, and may be asked to perform minor welding or fabricating tasks alongside the mechanic team.

Shift: 6 AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on industrial equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and install new machinery.
• Move and install new equipment as needed.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Perform minor welding and fabricating tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in 480V, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to conduct preventive maintenance and electrical repairs.
• Experience with installation and industrial electrical maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of 3 phase motors, VFDs, and PLCs.
• Experience with motors, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment such as forklifts, trucks, hoists, and cranes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $76000.00/yr.

nnual income averages $67,000 – this includes average overtime, weekly production bonuses, and annual profit sharing.
