About the Role:

Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Milton, Florida, the company is dedicated to delivering reliable cable solutions for diverse industrial applications .

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including extrusion lines, stranding machines, and cabling systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
