Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background and a problem-solver’s mindset. This role is ideal for someone who loves to tinker, diagnose, and fix—someone who thrives on figuring things out and making equipment run better than before. You’ll work with a wide range of proprietary machinery, so the ability to quickly learn new systems and interpret complex schematics is critical.

You’ll be responsible for keeping production equipment running smoothly in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role is mechanically focused with strong involvement in pneumatics and hydraulics, plus basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting support. We’re also expanding and bringing in new production lines, so you’ll play a key role in helping install, test, and calibrate new equipment to get it up and running.

If you’re a self-starter who takes initiative, asks the right questions, and gets the job done without needing to be micromanaged, we want to talk to you.

Compensation

  • Pay: $29–$31/hour
  • Overtime available

Shift

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Travel

  • 20% fully compensated out of state travel

Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off, holidays, and personal leave
  • Ongoing training and development

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical Repair & Rebuilds: Diagnose and repair proprietary production equipment, including conveyors, ball screws, and precision mechanical systems with tight tolerances.
  • Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation: Quickly understand new equipment using mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
  • Equipment Installations: Assist with setup, calibration, and testing of new production lines and machinery.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine lubrication, inspections, and replacement of wear components to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, cylinders, actuators, valves, and associated systems.
  • Basic Electrical Work: Support troubleshooting of low-voltage systems, including sensors, motors, and wiring. High-voltage handled by onsite electrician.
  • PLC & Control Systems: Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs and control systems; no programming required.
  • Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Collaborate with operators, engineers, and other technicians to diagnose and resolve recurring or complex issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify root causes of breakdowns and recommend process or equipment improvements.
  • Documentation: Accurately record maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment downtime.
