With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.What You'll Do Day-To-DayCoordinate tasks to help a customer, a user, or a provider express their needs and solve day-to-day problems.Identify the required level of skills and assist colleagues so the team can reach required levels of performance to carry out the mission of the group.Identify and promote those initiatives that improve short-term profitability.What You'll BringBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.Minimum of 4 years of related experience.Advanced knowledge of federal, state, local, and company regulations, with the ability to assist in developing and enforcing policies to ensure compliance.Ability to provide technical assistance on projects with broad implications, contributing to compliance and operational effectiveness.Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Total Rewards PackageSalary: $75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
