Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Site Asset Manager to take the helm of our clients site. In this critical role, you'll be accountable for the entire spectrum of commercial and technical operations. A key focus will be ensuring complete compliance with all lease agreements, contracts, environmental regulations, and local requirements, alongside rigorous enforcement of EH&S protocols. You'll lead the maintenance and operational teams, cultivate strong relationships with on-site staff and vendors, and actively contribute to the planning and execution of all commercial endeavors, including those involving our client and interim subtenants. Your ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners will be vital to the facility's sustained success. Please apply today!

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the commercial and technical leadership for the continuous operations and maintenance of the site.

  • Collaborate with and support the US Wind development team in all phases of wind project site development, from characterization and design to engineering and contracting.

  • Guarantee full compliance with the site lease, environmental mandates, regulatory frameworks, and all other contractual commitments.

  • Direct daily site activities and personnel, fostering a culture of safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

  • Act as the pivotal liaison connecting the site with the development team, as well as external affairs and permitting leads.

  • Manage all interfaces and nurture relationships with the site landlord, any potential subtenants, and all third-party service providers or stakeholders.

  • Lead the formulation and oversight of the annual Operations & Maintenance (O&M) budget, ensuring resources are allocated strategically and cost-effectively


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 3+ years of direct experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience is a must
  • Gensuite experience would be a plus but not required
  • All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a medical Fit for Duty exam, background check, references, drug screen, verification of legal right to work in the U.S.

Pay Range: Salary $100,000.00 to $130,000.00
