Infant & Toddler Daycare Teacher | $500 Hiring Bonus | Mint Hill

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking Infant & Toddler Daycare Teachers for our NC 4-Star school in Mint Hill. We are hiring immediately and offering a $500 hiring bonus!

Pay rate of $15-19 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
• Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
• Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!

Requirements

• EDU 119, NCECC or a degree in early childhood or related field required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.

$500 sign-on bonus will be dispensed as follows: $250 upon starting, remaining $250 after 90 days. Applicant must begin employment within 60 days to qualify for hiring bonus.
