Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phones professionally and efficiently.
- Process travel logs accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Work with Share Drives for file organization and sharing.
- Purchase office supplies as per department needs.
- Take detailed meeting minutes for executive management.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms effectively.
- Document and track external complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as an administrative assistant to executive management, providing high-quality support
