Job Overview:
We are seeking a technically skilled Senior Architect / Senior Consultant specializing in Infor M3 to design, develop, and implement custom solutions that meet specific client requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of Infor M3 modules such as Order to Cash, Order to Pay, and Logistics, and a strong focus on technical rather than functional capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize these modules to meet business goals and adhere to industry standards.

Requirements

• Provide production system support for end-users, applications, platforms, and network services.
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain and support various applications including Application Extender, LOV tool, and Work Management System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert in project-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices for system maintenance and security.
• Provide after-hours support as needed to address critical production issues.
