Qualification:
We are seeking an experienced Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the Infor WFM product and its modules, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management, particularly with Infor WFM, and experience in job scheduling and technical design. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Optimize Infor WFM: Manage, monitor, and optimize the Infor Workforce Management system to ensure its performance meets business expectations.
- Technical Design and Architecture: Design and architect job schedulers and other technical components within the Infor WFM environment.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor WFM and ensure system reliability and stability.
- System Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades, patches, and optimizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions that address business needs.
- Compliance: Ensure that all solutions and system changes comply with security and data privacy regulations.
- Review and Quality Assurance: Review deliverables from other development teams, identify gaps between requirements and technical designs, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Workforce Management: 3-5 years of experience in workforce management systems, with a focus on implementing and maintaining these systems.
- Infor WFM: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Workforce Management, including design, implementation, and optimization.
- Job Schedulers: 3-5 years of experience in job schedulers, with advanced proficiency in technical design and architecture.
