Total DPG Employee Package Compensation: $194k-$249k About the Role: DPG Solutions is seeking an experienced Informatica Administrator to support the Federal Election Commission's Applications Branch under an IT Support Services contract. This is a dedicated, optional-CLIN position focused exclusively on the FEC's Informatica environment, which underpins both the Disclosure Suite and RAD Modules, the primary compliance and case management applications used by FEC staff to administer and enforce federal campaign finance law. This is a hands-on technical role. You will own the FEC's Informatica platform: keeping servers patched and upgraded, and maintaining, modifying, and creating mappings as legislative, regulatory, and business requirements evolve. You will work closely with the DPG Technical Lead, FEC CORs, and FEC technical staff within a structured Agile delivery environment. Fully remote position; all work performed from contractor-provided equipment in a U.S.-based location Must be available during FEC core hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time General availability expected Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time On-call availability required for emergency patching or critical Informatica incidents within the 2-hour acknowledgment / 12-hour resolution SLA window Occasional in-person meetings at FEC headquarters (Washington, DC) may be requested with advance notice Responsibilities: Patch and upgrade FEC Informatica servers on a scheduled and emergency basis, coordinating with FEC DBAs and System Administrators per FEC change management procedures (RFC, CAB approval, deployment documentation) Maintain existing Informatica mappings supporting the Disclosure Suite and RAD Modules Oracle databases, ensuring all ETL workflows remain accurate and performant following application or database changes Modify Informatica mappings in response to legislative changes, FEC business user requests, or application updates — including unscheduled, urgent requests that must be executed without impacting other maintenance activities Create new Informatica mappings as required to support new application features, reporting requirements, or data migration efforts Participate in sprint planning and Jira-based ticket tracking; provide level-of-effort estimates for all assigned Informatica work items Coordinate with the DPG Technical Lead and FEC COR on all Informatica-related change requests; document all changes in Confluence per FEC documentation standards Support integration testing and UAT for any changes affecting Informatica-connected application components Provide technical advice and knowledge transfer to FEC technical staff on Informatica administration practices Required Skills: Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Informatica PowerCenter or an equivalent Informatica platform in a production environment Experience patching, upgrading, and configuring Informatica servers in a Linux/AWS-hosted environment Proficiency in creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Informatica mappings, sessions, and workflows Experience working with Oracle databases as Informatica source/target systems; familiarity with Oracle stored procedures and SQL Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment, managing competing priorities within a Jira-tracked workload Comfortable operating within structured federal change management processes (RFC documentation, CAB approval, UAT certification) U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States; ability to obtain a federal background investigation (NACI-equivalent) Desired Skills: Experience with Informatica in an AWS environment (EC2-hosted servers, RDS or Aurora PostgreSQL targets) Familiarity with PostgreSQL as an Informatica target; experience supporting Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration workflows Prior experience supporting federal civilian agency IT environments Familiarity with Crystal Reports integrations fed by Informatica-managed data pipelines Experience with Confluence documentation and Jira ticket management in an Agile delivery context Informatica-specific certification (e.g., Informatica Certified Developer or Administrator) Overview of Benefits: Competitive Salary (Ranges vary by position).
