Informatica TDM Developer Apply
Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding the existing data models and owning the data de-identification and sub-setting using Informatica TDM product
Responsible for sensitive elements analysis (PHI, PII etc.) and creating, maintaining the Data de-identification workflows, versions using Informatica TDM
Responsible for understanding the E2E data flow
Support DBA activities for data copying/ backup
Data Validation of subsets created using DVO
Coordinate and work directly with customer stakeholders to identify the requirements and implement solutions for data de-identification, sub-setting and refresh into the lower environments
Grooming project team members on related technologies (Informatica TDM)
Data Profiling of the de-identified data copies for quality assessment
Capture subset metrics for reporting.
Skills Required
8+ years of experience using Informatica TDM product and implementing TDM solutions (Data discovery of sensitive elements, Data de-identification/masking, sub-setting)
Experience in working with data on Mainframe VSAM, DB2 using informatica
Solid understanding of information warehousing and large-scale data management issues and concepts.
Ability to work towards meeting stringent milestones
Ability to work in a team environment with on-site and offshore resources
Proven project planning, execution abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to prepare, present oral and written reports, presentations, and recommendations and to perform necessary actions
Additional Skills
Experience of implementing TDM solutions for healthcare payors
Added advantage of having IBM Optim experience
