Overview Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high‑impact technical solutions to complex national security issues. SPA’s Undersea Technology Portfolio supports the Navy and DoD through rigorous analyses to enable decision‑making on emerging undersea technologies and warfighting capabilities. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to support NAVSEA’s Naval Special Warfare Program Office. Responsibilities The IT Security Specialist will support NAVSEA’s PMS 340 office by overseeing cybersecurity compliance, managing system authorization activities, and ensuring adherence to DoD and Navy cybersecurity policies. This role includes maintaining RMF documentation, coordinating security assessments, advising program leadership on cyber risks, and ensuring systems remain secure throughout their lifecycle while supporting operational mission needs. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $120k – $135k, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or a related field 7–10 years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience aligned with senior ISSM responsibilities Demonstrated experience with DoD cybersecurity frameworks, including RMF, NIST controls, and Navy cybersecurity requirements Active DoD Secret clearance Desired Qualifications Experience supporting NAVSEA programs or Navy afloat/expeditionary systems Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+) Strong ability to develop, review, and maintain cybersecurity documentation and brief senior stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
