General knowledge of browser-based programming language; database understanding;

Support of a Microsoft shop - Desktop support, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook. Windows server support; Active Directory, DNS, IIS.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ColdFusion or similar technologies

Assist in web development tasks, including maintaining and updating company websites and web applications.

MS SQL Server - maintenance plans, SSIS, SRS, construct new DB.

3CX phone system or VOIP equivalent maintenance.
