Anderson Center for Autism is seeking a motivated Information Systems Software Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role ideal for someone passionate about supporting end users, improving software systems, and contributing to meaningful organizational impact. You’ll play a key role in keeping our programs, staff, and systems running smoothly across all ACA locations.

Pay Range: $24.93 - $26.85 Hourly; Based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day‑to‑day software and end‑user support, including deployment, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate and respond to IT requests and assigned projects to ensure smooth software operations
- Collaborate with IT leadership and departments to resolve issues, assess needs, and recommend software or system solutions
- Assist with software development, including coding, debugging, testing, and enhancements using established methodologies
- Review and evaluate existing software tools and new initiatives to support optimization and informed decisions
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, user guides, and required reports for ongoing initiatives
- Provide user support and occasional training to ensure effective use of agency systems
- Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in ongoing professional development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications in IT systems or software (preferred)
- Experience with programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IT security tools and best practices
- Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
