- Business Systems and PC's related to the Business Systems.
- A Windows Server environment: they are currently upgrading to 2022, still some 2016-2018 in the environment.
Top Skills:
- Windows Server Admin experience
- Patching/Server Operations
- Environment: upgrading to 2022, still some 2016-2018 in the environment.
- Hands on tier 2 support/taking on end user tickets. When their onsite customer support resource can't resolve a ticket, it would go to this consultant.
- Examples: client troubleshooting, PC's not connecting to internet, getting blue screen of death, locked themselves out of their account
- Working with a ticketing/request system
- ServiceNow
