The role will involve tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and using analytical skills to enhance information technology systems. While the role is based in Mysore, flexibility for some work from home is acceptable.Essential Job Responsibilities Resolving IT support requests from employees.Answering employee questions regarding computer systems and Healthcare Applications.Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems with computer systems and Healthcare Applications.Changing configurations, settings and permissions.Generating logins for new hires during the onboarding process.Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.Updating employees on the status of their service requests.Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.Up to two days a week on site in the officeLooking for a candidate from Mysore location only.Client ServiceAnswers client and payer calls and responds to requests/needs as appropriate. Checks and responds to PM system messages, IMs, emails, calls, texts.Communicate information regarding procedures being, or to be, performed. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience with healthcare IT systemsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fieldHIPAA Training Certification Required (Provided)IT Certification preferred.Analytical Skills and Information Technology expertiseMicrosoft Intune - Endpoint ManagementStrong Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilitiesEffective Communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentInsurance Billing experience preferred. Experience with health insurance products and process recommendedElectronic Data Interchange experience preferred.
