IT Business Integration Support Analyst – Marketing Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full‑time IT Business Integration Support Analyst to serve as the dedicated IT Subject Matter Expert for key Marketing‑supported applications. This position is instrumental in ensuring the health, performance, and continuous improvement of several customer‑facing and operations‑critical digital platforms. Applications Supported This position will focus specifically on the following applications and integrations: Kwik Rewards Support loyalty program operations, customer experience functionality, backend data workflows, issue diagnosis, and vendor coordination. Order Ahead Provide application support for mobile ordering, configuration updates, troubleshooting, and cross‑platform integrations. Kwik Trip’s Loyalty Management Portal Administer portal functionality, support configuration, facilitate enhancements, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with business stakeholders. Third‑Party Vendor Relationships & Integrations Maintain healthy vendor partnerships, monitor integration performance, escalate and resolve system issues, and collaborate on new or improved capabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 application support and root‑cause analysis Serve as a super user/knowledge expert across supported Marketing platforms Manage configuration changes, release readiness, and application settings Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and UAT cycles Support feature implementations and system integrations Document processes, system behaviors, and training material Identify opportunities to improve vendor engagement and system efficiency Generate reports and insights to support Marketing and IT decision‑making Participate in planning for innovation, enhancements, and future platform needs Qualifications Education / Experience Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college, or 2+ years of business or IT software support experience. Technical Skills Experience with SQL, XML, and scripting tools Understanding of database design and administration (SQL Server) Experience with mobile app configuration and testing Familiarity with Agile project management Experience analyzing system logs and collaborating with vendors Application performance monitoring experience is a plus Soft Skills Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to teach users new features and system changes Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities Skilled in interpreting business needs and translating them into system requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear documentation Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Work Schedule Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility as needed to support business operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
