Job Title: Tactical Data & Information Project Manager Duration: 11/02/2026 – 31/12/2026 Workload: Full time hours Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / ZZP) Location: The Hague (Hybrid with on‑site presence required)Overview: The client requires a data‑focused project manager to lead tactical information and data initiatives, drive MI/Analytics improvements, and guide stakeholders in adopting data‑driven outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Manage one or more tactical information and data projects from discovery through delivery.Produce clear, structured documentation including requirements, data definitions, and lifecycle updates.Contribute to Agile sprint deliverables when required (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming).Influence and guide stakeholders in adopting analyses and insights, enhancing their MI/Analytics reporting through the ESSA approach (Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, Automate).Act as a key voice in project meetings, providing recommendations informed by data and business understanding.Work independently with broad managerial oversight, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience managing data or information‑driven projects.Strong documentation skills (requirements, data mapping, process documentation).Stakeholder management and ability to influence non‑technical audiences.Understanding of MI/Analytics reporting and data lifecycle processes.Experience working in Agile environments and delivering sprint‑aligned outputs.Nice-to-Have:Familiarity with the ESSA methodology.Background in large, complex, international organisations.Exposure to data governance or enterprise analytics tooling.
