We are seeking an IT Application Analyst to join our team! You will analyze data processing problems to improve computer systems.

- Hybrid Schedule (must come onsite for meetings, trainings, etc.)

- Salary: $70,000-$90,000

- Permanent / Direct Hire Role

Responsibilities:

• Analyze range of data processing problems
• Understand user requirements and procedures
• Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
• Determine cost, timetable , and compatibility for new systems
• Consult with managers to implement new computer systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years Information Systems or relevant functional area.
• Requires demonstrated understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment (for assigned applications).
• IT Project management experience preferred.
• Previous experience in IT, computer science, or other related fields
• Technical focus of role is the Software suite of applications for HomeCare & Hospice.
• Understanding post-acute healthcare operations (home health and hospice)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
• Ability to evaluate software systems
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
