Responsibilities:Lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of key business applications, with a strong focus on workflow and process automation platforms such as Kissflow.Ensure digital solutions are seamlessly deployed, adopted by users, and continuously improvedWork closely with cross-function to identify process gaps and translate them into scalable digital workflowsLead multiple implementation projects while ensuring data integrity and system performanceRequirements:Experience working with business stakeholders on process simplification projects.Proven experience implementing workflow automation applications, preferably Kissflow, or similar platforms.Good English proficiency (written and verbal).Ability to manage end-to-end system implementation: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, and system connectivity across business applications.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.Willing to be based in Halim, East Jakarta (hybrid work arrangement).
