RESPONSIBILITIESLed teams with diverse levels of Agile maturity, including those transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologiesFacilitated JAD sessions, conducted stakeholder interviews, resolved conflicts, and addressed executive-level inquiriesOrganized and led daily stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint reviewsDemonstrated exceptional communication skills across all organizational levelsCreated and refined Epics, User Stories, and corresponding Acceptance CriteriaCaptured and documented business requirements and technical specifications from cross-departmental stakeholders for development teams (C# .NET, SQL)Analyzed business functions, gathered operational data, and assessed output needs to support business operationsDesigned and executed test plans—manual and automated—ensuring alignment with business requirements and team complianceDeveloped workflow diagrams and system documentation by analyzing existing functions and writing clear specificationsPossess strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and methodologiesCollaborated closely with stakeholders, product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA professionals throughout project lifecyclesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a computer or process-related field. 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst. 5+ years’ experience navigating software development environments.
