Due to growth and ongoing digital optimisation, our client is looking to strengthen its internal IT capability.The RoleAs IT Business Partner you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation’s IT systems and applications. This is a broad, hands-on role that combines application support, functional design, data analysis and coordination with external IT partners. You will work closely with business stakeholders across different departments and international offices.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesGeneral IT SupportAdministration and support of Microsoft 365 applications and services;Providing end-user support and guidance where required;Application Support & ManagementOperational support for:Business Central (ERP across all offices);Custom FileMaker applications (e.g. product and order management);Jet Reports;Power BI;Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues;Testing software updates and newly released features;Participating in validation sessions and workflow analyses;Creating and maintaining application documentation and instructional materials;Functional DesignPerforming fit-gap analyses of business processes;Translating business requirements into functional specifications;Designing enhancements and new features in collaboration with stakeholders and developers;Server & Cloud CoordinationCoordinating and testing maintenance activities on Windows Server environments;Supporting Azure-based solutions, including automations, APIs and scripting (PowerShell / Python);Monitoring and ensuring correct data synchronisation between systems;Data Analysis & ReportingCollecting, analysing and interpreting data to support business decisions;Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and Jet Reports;Safeguarding data integrity and accuracy across systems;Supervising data backup and recovery processes;Maintaining technical documentation related to data and reporting.Your ProfileA broad IT background with experience in application support and IT operations;Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Business Central), reporting tools and Microsoft technologies;Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working;Comfortable working in an international environment and liaising with multiple stakeholders;Proactive, solution-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities;Fluent in Dutch;Visa sponsorship is not available for this roleThe salary range for this role is 70-85K
