The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation but has evolved into supporting financial systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, business analysis, or technology‑driven process improvements. In this role, you’ll: Serve as the bridge between Accounting, Finance, and IT Support and enhance ERP and financial systems Analyze accounting workflows and identify automation opportunities Troubleshoot reporting, system, and data integrity issues Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system improvements Develop reports, dashboards, and financial analytics tools Support month‑end close processes from a systems perspective Assist with ERP upgrades, implementations, testing, and training We’re looking for candidates with: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Systems, ERP Support, or Accounting Technology Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting ERP experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar) Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar reporting platforms Strong communication skills with both business users and technical teams SQL and database experience ERP implementations, integrations, or upgrades Process automation and digital transformation experience This is an excellent opportunity for a former Accountant, Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, or ERP/Finance Systems professional who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology, and helping organizations work smarter.
