Toyoda Gosei Missouri Corporation (located in Perryville, MO) has an opening for an Information Technology Intern. The selected candidate will assist Corporate Information Systems (CIS) teams in end user and general CIS support for Toyoda Gosei team members as well as supporting individual Toyoda Gosei (TG) group companies (plants) throughout North America.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tier 1 and 2 support for users, hardware and software
• Configure/install/set up and troubleshoot problems with hardware
• Provide/relay feedback to improve systems and processes within the CIS department
• Support ticket maintenance and updating requests as needed
• Help implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams on various CIS improvement projects.
• Learn and apply best practices in server security and performance optimization.

Additional Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of undergraduate studies completed
• Coursework toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• General technical background in networking and computer information systems
• Excellent organization and communication skills required.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
