Overview Orlando Food Sales Inc. (OFS) is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to grow, manage, and take ownership of the company’s entire technology environment . This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient use of technology across the organization. The IT Manager will be responsible for their own department and reports directly to the CFO. They’ll partner closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other internal departments to support daily business needs, manage system access and onboarding, maintain data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, and lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite and other business applications. This role has ownership and decision-making authority over IT systems, standards, tools, and vendors, in alignment with business leadership. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing full ownership of IT responsibilities with day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position, working closely with cross-functional teams on-site to support daily business operations. Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Support Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure systems function efficiently and reliably. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, Windows and Mac operating systems, email, and application-related issues. Maintain IT systems to minimize downtime and support business continuity. Take ownership of all IT-related tasks and projects across the organization. Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 environment, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Support collaboration and communication tools to ensure reliable email, file sharing, and team productivity. Oversee network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and connectivity to ensure secure and reliable access across locations. Support and maintain secure, standardized configurations across all company endpoints to minimize risk and downtime. Systems Administration & Access Management Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees, including hardware provisioning and recovery, and system access across business applications. Manage user access, permissions, and roles across NetSuite, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, SPS Commerce, and other business applications. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security access to ensure appropriate controls are in place. Maintain system controls and access governance to support security and audit requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and system-related questions. Train personnel on effective use of OFS’s full technology stack. Own and manage endpoint management solutions to centrally administer all company-issued Windows and macOS devices. Implement and maintain device security controls, including device locking, disk encryption, remote wipe, and compliance policies. Manage the full device lifecycle, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, and decommissioning of company hardware. Reduce reliance on third-party managed service providers by bringing core endpoint management and security capabilities in-house. Establish and maintain IT security standards, policies, and documentation to support risk management, compliance, and business continuity. NetSuite, Microsoft 365 & Business Applications Serve as system owner and administrator for NetSuite ERP, supporting reporting, dashboards, workflows, data integrity, and ongoing optimization. Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership decision-making. Lead and support implementation, testing, rollout, and optimization of new software programs and system upgrades. Support and manage SPS Commerce (EDI) integrations with customers and trading partners, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and coordination with Operations and Finance. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data flow between NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and other business systems. Support and optimize HubSpot CRM, including user access, integrations, and reporting in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams. Additional IT Management & Partnerships Negotiate and manage relationships with IT service providers and technology vendors. Review and process IT-related service and technology invoices for accuracy and value. Evaluate, manage, and transition services from external IT providers to improve security, control, and cost efficiency. Support IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives in partnership with Finance. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reporting, workflows, and user experience. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and leadership to align technology solutions with business needs. Perform additional IT-related duties and projects as required. Evaluate and enhance collaboration, CRM, and network systems to improve performance, security, and user experience. Develop and maintain IT roadmaps to support business growth, system scalability, and future technology needs. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Systems, or a related field preferred Experience: 7+ years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and collaborate across departments Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong attention to detail Problem Solving: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting capabilities Management Experience: Experience supervising staff or leading vendors and managing outsourced resources. Technical Skills Document Management: Familiarity with DocLink or similar electronic document management systems Hardware & OS Support Proficiency: Troubleshooting hardware, Windows and macOS environments, and email systems. Reporting & Analytics: Experience developing reports and dashboards in business applications Software Implementation: Knowledge of system implementation, rollout, testing, and employee training best practices ERP, CRM & Integration Platforms -SPS Commerce (EDI), trading partner setup, document flows, issue resolution -HubSpot CRM, user management, integrations, reporting Productivity & Infrastructure: -Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs) · Endpoint, Security & Infrastructure -Endpoint management for Windows and macOS -Device security, encryption, patching, and compliance -Identity and access management (SSO, MFA) What We Offer: The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $130,000 per year.
