We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead our enterprise data and reporting environment while supporting broader IT initiatives. This newly created role will focus heavily on centralizing data from multiple systems, improving reporting accuracy, and strengthening data governance across the organization. The IT Manager will work closely with the VP of IT to complete data architecture initiatives already in progress and ensure operational data — including inventory, sales, and labor metrics — is reliable, consistent, and accessible. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong technical depth and the ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and finance leaders. This position blends leadership and execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys building structured, scalable systems while remaining technically involved. Key Responsibilities Manage and enhance enterprise IT systems with a strong focus on data architecture and reporting Lead the integration and standardization of data across ERP and operational systems Oversee data ingestion pipelines, transformations, and warehouse design Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across business units Support and improve business intelligence tools and reporting structures Collaborate with operations, finance, and executive leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions Identify system bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements Support future cloud migration and analytics initiatives Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in architecture and troubleshooting Qualifications 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including data architecture or analytics environments Experience integrating ERP and operational systems into centralized reporting platforms Strong SQL and data modeling experience Familiarity with BI tools and reporting frameworks Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) Background in data governance and quality controls Strong communication skills and collaborative leadership style Comfortable working in a hands-on, execution-focused environment What We’re Looking For A builder who enjoys solving data challenges A collaborative leader who partners well across departments Someone equally comfortable in technical discussions and business conversations A team-oriented professional who values communication and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
