A manufacturing company in New Jersey is looking to hire an IT Manager to join its growing team to lead their IT resources across their North American regions.
You will play a vital role in shaping their technological vision and ensuring end users are satisfied. You will uphold strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues and assist with the day-to-day tasks of the team. You will be ensuring your infrastructure is staying in line with their compliance guidelines and assisting the cyber security team when needed.
Experience needed:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Experience working with SAP modules (SD, MM, and FI/CO)
- Experience in optimizing business processes using effective IT services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- DESIRED - Experience working within the Manufacturing or Construction sector
