EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnered with an international organisation in the industrial services sector in its search for two IT Product Owners based in Amsterdam. As IT Product Owner, you will play a key role in linking business operations and technology, supporting a major ERP transformation across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help ensure enterprise systems support business processes, reporting, and long-term digital development. This role sits within a greenfield ERP rollout, offering the opportunity to shape system capability across key functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and HR. Responsibilities as IT Product Owner:Support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of ERP modules across key business areasWork closely with stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into system solutionsOwn and develop the roadmap for system improvements and new feature rolloutCoordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancementSupport testing, deployment, and user adoption of new functionalityAct as a trusted systems partner to business users across assigned functions Experience and qualifications required:Degree qualified in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in ERP environments as a Product Owner, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similarStrong understanding of business processes and how systems support operational deliveryAbility to manage stakeholders effectively and work across technical and non-technical teamsHands-on approach, comfortable working in a lean and evolving environmentExperience with systems such as SAP, IFS, SuccessFactors, or similar is preferredFluent English is essential; French would be advantageous The opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its systems landscape, with real ownership and visibility in a growing internal product team.If you are interested in applying for this IT Product Owner role, please register your interest using the link below.
