Role Description The Information Technology Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisle, IL. This position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of POS and related IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing resources and budgets, and monitoring project risks and issues. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers, documenting requirements, tracking progress, and providing regular status updates. The IT Project Manager will also support process improvements, contribute to technology implementation strategies, and help ensure that solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Qualifications Strong project planning and program management skills, including the ability to define scope, schedules, and milestones.
Solid foundation in information technology, with experience managing software or POS-related projects.
Analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that support project outcomes.
Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating teams, engaging stakeholders, and documenting project information.
Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, SQL) and cloud-based solutions is highly beneficial.
Prior work with retail, healthcare, or corporate environments and POS systems is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Lisle, IL, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
