ResponsibleforITIL processes andprovidingcomputertechnical support with a focus on customer service. Perform troubleshooting related to general user support,client connectivity, and printing. Utilize ticketingsystemto track issues and manage location queues to ensure that new tickets areidentified, prioritized, and resolved. Install, test, andmaintaincomputer equipment, peripherals, and network infrastructure. Responsible formaintainingsite level compliance metrics, PC Lifecycle and Dell leased assets. Install, support, andmaintainend-point devices (iOS/Android). Assistinnew officesetup,office moves by setting upPCs and peripherals. Create network accounts and telephone extensions for new users. Perform new user computer orientationscoveringappropriate usageof applications and network resources. Provide backup support forlocal and wide area network telecommunications. Work with sector teams to support and representthe mill. Maintain site Video Management Systemin accordance withrelevant policies. Maintain and update documentation,inventory, networkdiagrams&patchpanels. Provide first level support for process control / plant applications. Communicate and escalate issues after thorough assessment. Perform other duties as assigned byManager. AS or BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. CompTIA A+ or other relevant certification(s), or ability to obtain withinfirst6 months of employment. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software with familiarity withWindows,and iOS operating systems. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Switch networks.
