Position Summary: Responsible for staff support for technology utilized by the agency including security, storage access, hardware, software, portal and app access, cellular devices and multifunction imaging devices. Qualifications One year’s experience with hardware, software and support in a networked Windows environment, or AA/AS or an applicable IT Certification plus internship experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Communication skills and organizational skills and patience to manage multiple requests under deadlines with close attention to detail and follow-up. Works well under technical supervision. Learning expectation is to have or obtain/maintain CompTIA A+ certification within one year of employment. Further certifications will be incentivized in a manner to be discussed.
