In this role, you will be the go-to person for hardware, software, and systems support, ensuring our daily operations never skip a beat.The RoleLocation: Helmond (100% On-site)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00Focus: Providing high-quality technical assistance to our team, maintaining infrastructure, and optimizing our business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.Software & Cloud: Manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).Business Systems: Provide daily support and troubleshooting for our WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Odoo (ERP).Network Maintenance: Assist in basic network troubleshooting to ensure consistent connectivity.User Training: Act as a helpful resource for staff, guiding them on best practices and new system features.What You BringProven Experience: A solid background in IT hardware support and general troubleshooting.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.System Knowledge: Previous experience with Odoo and WMS is highly preferred and will give you a significant head start.Language: Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a strong plus given our Helmond location.Proactive Mindset: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.What’s in it for You?Competitive Benefits & Salary: A robust package tailored to your experience.Growth & Learning: We believe in staying ahead of the curve.
