Under the direction of the of the Information Technology Supervisor II, the Information Technology Specialist (ITS) I is responsible for independently planning and implementing virtualization and cloud technologies, cloud storage, Microsoft technologies and server platforms, remote access solutions, File and Print services, data backup and recovery, Cisco and Meraki wired and wireless technologies, and Microsoft Teams communications systems. The (ITS) I implements new information technology and solutions based upon emerging technologies that may not currently be in use at the Department. These technologies include but are not limited to cloud computing, system automation, new tools, and capabilities to further support the Departments program functions. The (ITS) I maintains and upgrades existing information technology systems to ensure the continued confidentiality, integrity, interoperability, and availability of these systems departmentwide while maintaining user satisfaction and acceptable service levels are achieved for systems and services provided by the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD). The (ITS) I functions as both a team leader on large and complex projects as well as works independently as an expert technical resource.

In your SOQ, address the following questions:1. Experience with implementing and administrating O365 and Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Servers.2. Describe your experience implementing, configuring, monitoring Meraki and Cisco switches, access points, and SD-WAN edges.
